You don’t have consulting experience today, but you’ve been a top performer throughout your academic career and everyone has always remarked on your powers of perception and insight, your intellectual curiosity, and your work ethic. You’re a quick study looking for something that’s worth investing talent and time into.

As a trainee consultant you will learn to:

• Conduct research and deliver data products (analysis, visualization, dynamic tools)
• Manage a variety of projects within a team setting
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Facilitate and present ideas at client meetings
• Come up with creative solutions to help clients solve their most demanding and urgent global health and development challenges, effectively communicate their plans, and implement change
• A master’s degree is preferred, but not required
• Interest in global health and international development is a plus

Linksbridge currently pays its consultants an annual salary (2023) of $77,175.

All permanent team members working at least 20 hours per week receive full benefits from day one of employment, or partial benefits if working fewer qualifying hours. This position is Seattle- or Washington, D.C.- based.

We pay graduate-level interns (i.e. people with or studying for a graduate degree) $25.00 per hour and undergraduate and all other interns $18.69 per hour in 2023. Interns do not qualify for benefits. Additional salary and benefits information is available on our website.
